Welcome to your new home. We are a 55-plus community nestled amongst mature trees and green space in southeast Hastings, Nebraska.
Our townhome community includes three different layouts: 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bedrooms with a spacious den.
Every apartment home includes its own private entrance, a front patio, and washer and dryer hookups. We also offer attached and detached garages for rent.
And, we allow — and love — your pets! Cats and dogs are welcome here.*

Butterflies just make life better. So, we decided to attract more to our community. Our little butterfly garden features a variety of flowers and foliage.
Community center
This is a perfect place for our residents to socialize with each other or spend quiet time on a community puzzle. They can borrow books from our library or grab a bag of freshly popped popcorn. Residents also can rent the Community Center for private gatherings, such as large family dinners.
