Around The Cottages

Green space and well-kept grounds are important. They help make your home feel like home.

We encourage our residents to make their patio their own, and we’ll even till up some ground for you to start your own garden.

We also provide a community garden where our residents can test out their green thumb. Our residents have grown a large variety of fruits and vegetables, including tomatoes, squash, watermelons and more.

Our on-site apple tree is available for the residents’ picking, and our butterfly garden is another great feature that attracts beautiful butterflies and insects.

Community room

Our community room is for just that — community. Here, we host weekly events throughout the year to bring residents together.

We also provide complimentary drinks and freshly popped popcorn for your enjoyment.

There’s also a TV and plenty of books to read in our community library.

We have resident card groups, and we’re also known to have a puzzle going on that residents can work on as they please.

Apartment interiors

Here at The Cottages of Hastings, we offer 1, 2 and 3-bedroom floorplans.

Our interiors feature kitchens with ample storage, a breakfast bar for enjoying a cup of Joe or lunch with a friend, large windows for natural light, and ceiling fans for comfort.

We also believe our residents should be able to make adjustments to their home to make it their home. Therefore, we offer flexibility not always available in other communities, such as choosing another color to paint your walls. We simply work with our residents on their requests. It’s something our residents love about living at The Cottages.
